Naturally, we prefer more time but, in an urgent situation, we can respond something like the following...

          10:00am: You contact us to discuss your project.

1. 10:15am: You fax or email raw material (press release, fact sheet, etc).
2. 12:00n:   We fax or email you a suggested outline for an interview or a complete script.
3. 03:00pm: You make changes and give us approval to proceed.
4. 04:00pm: We record your show.
5. 10:00am: You receive a fully edited cassette copy of your show via FedEx.
6. 01:00pm: You give us final approval.
7. 05:00pm: Your completed show is on its way to our 1,000 broadcasters.
8. About three weeks later, you receive a highly detailed report of pickup.
